      Hailing from Yokohama, Japan, Kyung Lee currently works as a videographer and editor in the San Francisco Bay Area. Growing up in the Tokyo metropolitan area where media is part of its landscape, Kyung was always interested in electronic imagery and video arts.
      After graduating from Keio University in Japan, she pursued her master’s degree in Media Studies at San Jose State University and moved to Northern California where she launched her career in TV/Film production.
      Kyung worked on SPARK on KQED, an arts program on the Bay Area’s PBS affiliate as a camera assistant, on KTSF TV as a camera operator for live news programs, and various independent films as a freelancer. She currently works at Link TV as an editor and cuts on-air promos for its programs.
      When she’s not editing or shooting, she likes to see live music, and is especially fond of improvisational music. Kyung enjoys the diverse culture of the Bay Area and its magnificent landscapes.
      She is currently in the production of her first feature-documentary film, Telos and frequenting Mt. Shasta, which is a magical town, located 200 miles north of San Francisco.
